This policy explains which personal data ShinseiTCG processes, why, for how long, with whom, and how to exercise your rights. It applies to the site, the simulator, the API and the Discord bot. The French version prevails.
1. Data controller
ShinseiTCG, a company in the process of being formed, represented by its founder, Vickneswaran Sharujan (registered office being set up). Until registration, the founder is the data controller on behalf of the company in formation, which will take over these commitments. Contact for any question about your data: contact@shinseitcg.com.
2. Data processed
- Account: email address, display name, profile picture, language, roles, account status and address verification date.
- Sign-in with Discord: your Discord account identifier, email address, name and profile picture, roles held on the Shinsei server and access tokens issued by Discord, stored encrypted. We do not access your messages or other servers.
- Sessions and security: session identifier, sign-in and last activity dates, and (HMAC) of the IP address and browser — not the clear values. These fingerprints recognise your devices and limit abusive attempts.
