Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026Version 1.3
These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the ShinseiTCG service, published by ShinseiTCG, a company in the process of being formed (“we”). Signing in with Discord means you have read and accepted them. The French version prevails.
1. The service
ShinseiTCG is the website of the Shinsei community Discord server, dedicated to the One Piece Card Game. It offers:
- an online match simulator, 1 vs 1 in real time;
- a ranking expressed in Berries, kept by the Discord server, and community tournaments;
- a deck builder to build, import, export and save decks;
- a catalogue of cards and their printings, with an indicative value;
- a Discord bot that answers in the server's channels with the site's data.
The card scanner and pre-grading are reserved for the team and still in development. The service runs in the browser, with no app to install.
